Our Mission:
The Gates Public Library will provide information and entertainment through a
variety of technologies, materials, programs and services in ways that strengthen the Gates community and promote literacy, personal growth, discovery and enjoyment.

Library Values:
The Gates Public Library values intellectual freedom, universal access to informational resources and the privacy of its users; the Library Board, Library Director and Library staff work together to promote these values and provide a safe environment for Library users.
