- learn about overdue items or fines
Here's how it works by phone:
- Call 428-4455 on your touch tone phone; press 2 to activate
service
- Enter 14-digit library card number
- List to account summary - items checked out, on the hold shelf or overdue,
or amount of fines owed
- Select from the following:
Items Checked Out to hear title/due date and renew items
Items on Hold Shelf to hear title/branch holding the item
Overdue Items to hear title/due date
Fines to hear amount owed on items already returned
Renewal to renew any or all items already checked out
To do all of this on the Internet:
- Go to LIBRAWeb
- Click on Patron Information
- Follow instructions on the screen
Please Note:
- For information on holds that have not been filled or
how long hold items remain on the shelf for pickup, please call your
local library.
- Some items are not eligible for renewal. These
items must be returned by the due date on your receipt to avoid an overdue
charge.
- Remember - if for any reason these services are not available
by telephone or through the internet, you are responsible for returning
items on time and for any fines accrued.
