  • renew library materials yourself
  • check return/due dates for materials
  • find out if items on hold are ready for pickup
  • learn about overdue items or fines

Here's how it works by phone:

  1. Call 428-4455 on your touch tone phone; press 2 to activate service
  2. Enter 14-digit library card number
  3. List to account summary - items checked out, on the hold shelf or overdue, or amount of fines owed
  4. Select from the following:

Items Checked Out to hear title/due date and renew items
Items on Hold Shelf
to hear title/branch holding the item
Overdue Items
to hear title/due date
Fines
to hear amount owed on items already returned
Renewal
to renew any or all items already checked out

To do all of this on the Internet:

  1. Go to LIBRAWeb
  2. Click on Patron Information
  3. Follow instructions on the screen

Please Note:

  • For information on holds that have not been filled or how long hold items remain on the shelf for pickup, please call your local library.
  • Some items are not eligible for renewal.  These items must be returned by the due date on your receipt to avoid an overdue charge.
  • Remember - if for any reason these services are not available by telephone or through the internet, you are responsible for returning items on time and for any fines accrued.
