WHAT GATES PUBLIC LIBRARY CAN DO FOR YOU:
- Visit your class or group to give a talk on our library’s services or a
book talk on a specific subject
- Provide a collection of materials for display and borrowing
for a special occasion (Books to People)
- Give your group a tour of our library
and/or
- Give your group a book talk or story program in the library
- Provide display opportunities for class or group projects (within space and
policy limitations)
- Help you develop a bibliography of materials available
for loan from our library
WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR GATES PUBLIC LIBRARY:
- Think library whenever you have informational or recreational
needs.
- Urge use of public library services of all age levels.
- Allow us an opportunity to present our public library’s story.
- Inform us ahead of time about pending class assignments or group projects
so we can better serve your group’s needs.
- Talk to us about your group’s interests and concerns. Perhaps
we can help.
- Consider joining the Friends of Gates Public Library.
Gates Public Library serves the whole community, from the youngest resident to
the oldest, including Gates community groups and schools.
