On Monday, August 2, 2010, the Gates Town Board approved
the proposal to lease an approximately 22,000 SF
building to house the Gates Public Library. The building
at Elmgrove Crossings on Elmgrove Road will be a new
two-story structure built to library specifications.
Construction on the building is scheduled to begin
immediately and there is a tentative completion of
April, 2011.
