Hours: Greece center: Monday 8:30 am - 8 pm; Tuesday 8:30 am - 7 pm; Wednesday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm; Thursday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm; Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm.

Continuing activities and services available for Gates residents:
Ages served 3 and up.

Outpatient services:
Individual, family, marital and group therapy
Psychiatric evaluation and medication support
Psychological testing and evaluation
Referral to other service agencies
Emergency service
Home visitation

* Partial hospitalization program located at St. Mary's Hospital.

Consultation and Education services:
Available 5 days a week during day hours only.
Includes educational seminars, small group lectures, discussion groups and health fairs
Consultation with other helping professionals.
Visits schools, churches and other community agencies to bring about a better understanding of mental illness and its treatment.

Adult Crisis Service:
Comprehensive evaluation and triage, short-term crisis services, acess to care,
medication, support and outreach to community services.
Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 8:00, through Park Ridge Crisis Center

Fees: Sliding fee scale, third party insurance reimbursement
