The Gates Community Theater is a community group made up of volunteers under the guidance of the Gates Recreation & Parks Department.  Our first production "It's a Wonderful Life" was held in December of 2000.  The second production "The Sound of Music" was held in December of 2001.  Our third production "Here's Love" December 2002, and our fourth production which was "Annie", was in December 2003.  The 2004 production will be "Cinderella".  Productions will be held annually in December with auditions occurring in August.   Volunteers needed for costuming, scenery, ticketing, makeup, ushers, concessions, etc.  Please call for more information.
